AAES has secured the Fairmont Miramar Hotel as the main hotel for the 2019 Annual Meeting. A limited amount of additional rooms has been reserved at the nearby Huntley Hotel.

Discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of March 15, 2019 or until all rooms in the group block have been sold, whichever occurs first. After March 15, 2019, guest rooms and the discounted group rates may not be available. We encourage you to confirm your reservations early to secure the group rate. A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT
Transportation to and from the LAX airport is available via taxicab, limousine, town car, public transport, Uber, Lyft, or rental car. The hotels do not offer transportation to/from the airport. Depending on traffic and time of day, the commute from the LAX airport to the Annual Meeting hotels could be between 30 - 60 minutes.
