Hotel Accommodations
The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, May 22 through Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Additional optional events may take place on the Friday and Saturday before the Annual Meeting including ESU, the Thyroid RFA Course, Fellows Ultrasound Course, golf and tennis tournaments, and other events. AAES GROUP RATE: $209 USD/night (standard King or Two Queen room, single or double occupancy)
AAES block: Thursday, May 19 - Monday, May 23, 2022 (a limited number of rooms are available on Tuesday, May 24)

The discounted group rate room block typically sells out every year. We strongly encourage you to book early to take advantage of the group rate over your requested dates.
Guest room rates are subject to 16.5% applicable state and local taxes. Discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of April 27, 2022 or until all rooms in the group block have been sold, whichever occurs first. After this date, the hotel will release all remaining rooms and is no longer obligated to honor our group rate. The hotel will determine if it can accept any further reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the group meeting rate. Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the meeting date.

Airport Information
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown hotel is located approximately 12 miles from the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport (CLE) and 53 miles from the Akron-Canton Regional Airport (CAK).
TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CLE AIRPORT
Transportation to and from the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport is available via taxicab, Uber, Lyft, or rental car. Depending on traffic and time of day, the commute from the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport to the Annual Meeting hotel is approximately 20 minutes.
