The credit claiming deadline is June 21, 2024 (60 days post event). ALL evaluations and ALL credits for the AAES Meeting must be claimed and submitted by this date. This is in accordance with an ACS 60-day post event credit claiming policy.
If you would like to transmit your CME data from the AAES 2024 Annual Meeting to the American Board of Surgery, you will need to provide your American College of Surgeons (ACS) ID when completing your evaluation. If you do not already have an ACS learner ID you can create one through the MyCME Portal. This is a free offering for both members and nonmembers who have enrolled in an ACS educational activity such as the AAES 2024 Annual Meeting. If you need assistance with your ACS ID, please contact Log-In Help.
Please note that CME data is not automatically transferred to the ABS and you must follow instructions on this page in order to transmit data to the ABS after the attendance list has been uploaded.

CME Credit Information
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
This activity is designed for all endocrine surgeons seeking the latest developments in endocrine surgical technique and related research. The intent of the program is to improve the quality of patient care and improve overall patient safety. Audience participation and interaction will be encouraged. The content and format of the program have been determined based on evaluations and suggestions of attendees of previous programs.
At the completion of this activity, attendees will be able to:
- Recognize racial and gender disparities in the diagnosis and management of endocrine diseases.
- Describe the feasibility and outcomes of newly developed protocols, techniques, and guidelines in the management of thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and GI Neuroendocrine diseases.
- Compare and contrast protocols for the management of thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal diseases.
