Registration & Hotel Accommodations 

The AAES 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, Kentucky. See below for more information about hotel accommodations and to book your hotel stay. 

Registration Rates:

Annual Meeting registration rates include admission to all Meeting sessions (excluding the AAES Advanced Course and Breakout Sessions), access to the exhibit and poster hall, breakfast on Sunday and Monday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and admission to the President’s Reception and AAES Gala Celebration. 

AAES utilizes a tiered registration structure based on the World Bank classification of countries by income. Rates are listed in U.S. Dollars.

As of 2/18, The Hilton Lexington Downtown and Hyatt Regency are sold out. Please check back as rooms may open up. If you have not booked your hotel stay in Lexington yet, we strongly encourage you to secure your accommodation now as hotels are likely to book up soon due to the horse racing season. Below are a few alternative hotel options you may consider (prices updated 2/18/26):
